How do I reserve one of your properties for renting later on?
Pay a Holding Deposit of £175 per student and we will keep the property for you while the Agreement is prepared.
 
How much is the Security Deposit?
When your agreement is signed we will require a Security Deposit of £350 per student.  Your Holding Deposit can be deducted from this.
 
Is my deposit secure?
Yes. We are members of the National Landlords Association and you will be covered by their Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
 
When do I get my deposit back?
Usually within a few days of the tenancy finishing.
 
How and when do I pay my rent?
All rents are due on the 1st of each month.  You can pay through the bank or by debit or credit card.
 
Are there any fees for setting up the agreement?
No. (Some letting agents charge over £100)
 
Do you charge for references?
No. (Some letting agents charge £23 per student)
 
Will there be an inventory of the property and what does it cost?
Yes, we do a proper inventory before you move in. And we charge you nothing for it!
 
How long is the tenancy agreeement for?
Most agreements start on the 1st September and end on the 30th June.
